This includes, but is not limited to:

• Brand identity
• Logos
• Software code
• Website design
• Databases
• Written content

No individual or organisation may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse BRE assets without explicit written and signed permission from Blackreach Enterprises.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

BRE provides its services on an "as is" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for specific purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BRE is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from use of its services.
